Shipping & Returns

Every Nexus Vision piece is made to order. Here's exactly what to expect.

Production time

Your order is sent to our print partner once your payment clears. Printing usually takes about 2-5 business days. Busy seasons (like the winter holidays) can take a little longer.

Shipping

• We currently ship to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows.
• Flat rate per order: $4.95 for adult tees, youth tees and youth hoodies, and $8.79 for adult hoodies (shown at checkout).
• After printing, orders ship and typically arrive in about 2-7 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

So, all in, most orders arrive within about 1-2 weeks of ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email support@pathmentorai.online within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or the package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only before the order goes to print.
